There's one from Microsoft, Microsoft RegClean. It has one screen interface, pretty simple really. Just start up the program and it is already scanning your registry. :) It creates a .reg undo file in the current folder, so you can re-import the problems it found, if you need to.

Personally I use Registry Mechanic. Version 7 also cleans out your temporary files.
