DW20.EXE DLL initialization failed

I just upgrade my hard drive and started with a new / clean installation of XP Home Edition & Office 2003. Everything was completed without major issues. Yes, I took the time to complete the MS update process for both - XP (SP2 + all other updates) and Office (SP3 + all others). However, now every time when I shutdown my PC this annoying  message is received "DW20.EXE DLL initialization failed". I alredy tried the detect & repair option, virus scan (no virus detected), and nothing. I will appreciate any other suggestion about how to fix this problem.Start Free Trial
