Hi, at my office I used to use an ebay program called shooting star to manage my customers. I havent used it in a while, and my subscription has expired, back in decemnber. I heard they now have lots of new updates, but we have not sold many items on ebay latley. I dont know if I should stick with this program, or use another one- there were several bugs in the old version, many claim to have been fixed now. My problem is I installed this back in Feb. to see it with its new features- so I installed it but never used it (I forgot about it actually). Now that we have been selling items the past few days, so I went to use it and its expired. I get an error saying my trial has expired.
We only have 1 computer, so we cant install it to another computer. I uninstalled it and did a search for all registry keys that have that software titles and deleted them. I also did a registry scan and deleted the empty program file folder. After the above "traces" were deleted I reset, and did a re-install- but it still detects it and says its expired.
How can I find out what registry keys are modified with this program? If there was a program I could install the program at home, install my ebay software, look in the program and see all the reg keys it modifies, delete these keys at the work computer and I would be all set. Does anyone know of a program as such?
