Slow logon to Citrix

First let me give you an overview of what I am dealing with:

I have Citrix 4 running on a Windows 2003 server that is part of a domain.  We also have Novell Netware on the network and users can authenticate to both Novell and Windows

My problem is when a user logs on to Citrix.  You can go to workstation only (Novell Client allows this) and log into the domain.  Once they authenticate there is a small Citrix splash screen that hold there for about 10 - 20 seconds.  Then once this closes there is a windows message that states the system is "Applying your personal settings..." This message is displayed for about 60 - 90 seconds.  Once that goes away, I simply get a blue desktop screen for about 20 seconds before the desktop and taskbar/start menu is displayed.

We do not have any group policies enabled on this server and there are no roaming profiles.

When I log on to the server locally (Not domain but to the server itself) as administrator, I fly right in in less than 2 seconds.  I am hoping that someone can help me get this fast as it is getting crucial that we get it up.

Thank you for your help in advance...AtropaStart Free Trial
