How to enable Outlook 2003 cache mode on a Terminal Server environment?

Hi,

I saw some questions about this subject, but I did not find any solution just explanation. I need to use Outlook 2003 in cache mode to able to run MS Business Contact Manager 2.0 in a Terminal Server environment. I am looking for a solution.
