Citrix MetaFrame server errors

Have two Citrix MetaFrame servers; one is setup for internal use and the other for external use. Both are set to reboot once daily at 3PM. There never seems to be any trouble with these servers from say noon till 6am. Both are MetaFrame XPs Server for Windows w/Citrix Feature Release 3.

When users attempt to login they receive mainly these two error messages:
1) ERROR: The Citrix MetaFrame servers reported an unspecified error.

2) Cannot connect to the Citrix MetaFrame server.
The Citrix MetaFrame server is not available, please try again later.

There are times when as an admin I can RDP into either server with no problems, but also receive the error messages the users get when I attempt a login through the web browser. Then there are times the servers are not responsive to RDP, so when I go to them in person and view the screen, it's grey and frozen, so they need rebooting.

The C: drive for one of the more troublesome is 8GB w/only 1.2GB available, and the rest is all mapped drives to other servers. Don't know whether the low disk space on C: is what's causing the problem, but every morning the external (at least) needs rebooting.

Any ideas? The hotfixes have been run; windows updates have been run. What's the deal. Is there a setting missing? Is the hard drive just too small?....
