Citrix ERROR: An error has occurred while connecting to the requested resource.

Hello,
we have two servers on the same farm. Server A in in Houston , Server B in Dallas. We have published the desktop from the houston server and the desktop from the dallas server.
Via the web interface , users can access the desktop on the houston server  but when we click on the dallas desktop published app icon we get  ERROR: An error has occurred while connecting to the requested resource.
Any ideas ?
