Problem with Citrix client connections

I wish to set up a Citrix client connection on a Pc for use by all users of the PC. However when a new connection is made the settings for it are stored .ini files in C:\Documents and Settings\USER\Application Data\ICAClient\  This means that when another user logs on the connection is not avaiable. Even if a shortcut to the connection is placed on the All Users desktop the .ini files are not available.
