When a password expires, users are unable to change it. When opening a session with one of the Citrix servers, users get the following error message:
"The specified password is no longer valid. You must change your password the next time you log on."
Instead of allowing the user to change their password, the box is closed without any further information. When we try to do the same process using the Web Interface, the same message is displayed in red and the user cant log in.
