My Citrix Metaframe 1.8 is running on NT Terminal Server (both SP4). Our users are setup to run print on their own default printers when on ICA. We're encountering multiple cases of printing problems - all with different symptoms:
1. There was a problem retrieving printer information for the <PRINTER_NAME> on Ne13. The object may have been sent to a printer that is unavailable.
2. This document was previously formatted for the printer Acrobat PDFWriter on LPT1:, but that printer isn't available. Do you want to use the default printer <PRINTER_NAME> on Ne14?
When I try to perform a Test Print, here's what I get:
"Test page failed to print. Would you like to view the print troubleshooter for assistance? The system does not support the command requested."
Appreciate any assistance; I'm not at all familiar with this setup.
