Citrix and Photoshop CS3, Can you create an streaming profile, or install it on a Citrix Server

I am doing an Evaluation of Citrix Presentation Server. I would like to use it to dish out some Adobe products such as Photoshop CS3 and InDesign CS3, however i get the unsupport OS if i try and load it on the local machine so i figured I would create a stream for it, however that hasn't been successful either.
