Browse All TopicsHello I have this frustration.
On this Citrix Farm, the powers that be are wanting the default save path in their Outlook to be "My Documents "which is also mapped as their H drive.
We have setting this for all citrix users through gp but it doesn't seem to work. here are the paths I've got in the batch file that is set to run at startup for each user.
==Outlook.bat==
reg add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Of
DefaultPath /t Reg_SZ /d H:\ /f
=============
The policy works in all other aspects and locks down the session so I know that it is working.
When logging in in as a user however, the path is not showing as the end users H drive.
I have tried a unc path as well \\servername\userfolders\%
Thank You

with regards to the first link, I have this info set up in the batch file I have created and listed above. The second answer was what I was relaying I had tried with no success
"I have tried a unc path as well \\servername\userfolders\%
? I am a little confused. This ONLY works for SAVING Attachments in outlook citrix. But if you are in a composed email and click on the attach button paperclip to attach a file it does not take this setting. It reverts back to the "Server My Documents" So we need a solution for this also. My Citrix Users want the feeling that they are looking at the files on the local computer! Not the server! Any thoughts would be great!

I am having this problem as well. Has there been any feedback to it? If so, I have not been able to find it.
Thanks!
