Citrix server not allowing connection to local printer

I have a user with an HP LaserJet 4 on his home network, ip addr is 192.168.3.195.
He connects to work with Citrix, but cannot print to his printer.
I have installed the driver on the Citrix server.
Is there a way that I can configure the Citrix server to push the EMF back to the 192.168.3.195 printer?
