Unable to open applications when connected to Citrix Web Interface

I am able to connect to the Citrix Web Interface with no problems, when trying to open an application, I get the following:

Cannot connect to the Citrix Metframe server.
Ther is no Citrix Metaframe server configured on the specified addres.

This is only happening when accessing the web interface from outside the network, it's fine inside the network.

I'm thinking NAT on the PIX, but not real sure.  I'm a novice with the citrix web interface.

We are using version 4.0.
