One of our Citrix users has just started getting an error when opening adobe reader..."no printers installed". She can view the pdf but not print it. She does have printers installed and can print from other software products. Other users attached to the same server can print from adobe without any issues so this points to her profile.
Is there a registry setting that we should check? I am not sure if this first started from trying to open an attachment through our Lotus Notes or if she tried to open a document/form from an Internet site.
Any ideas?
