EMF Viewer pops up instead of printing within Citrix.

We've got a client running Citrix Metaframe 4.0 with 1 published application (MAS90).  When they print to their auto-created printer it pops up the EMF viewer and never prints.  They have no problem printing to the printer outside of Citrix.  I've fixed the problem once by recreating another user's local profile on their machine, but when attempting the same thing on another user's computer it didn't fix it.  Any ideas on what causes this?  Let me know if you need more info.
