Copy/Paste in Citrix WI

We are using Citrix PS4 WI, i need to Enable copy and paste from Citrix session to local application and vice versa.

 I was using this before, somehow this is not working now. For eg- I need to copy excel data from local machine to published excel in Citrix after open the application.
