Citrix Web Interface displays an alert when trying to add a website

I am running Windows Server 2003 R2 x64 w/SP2
.net framework 1.1, 2.0 and 3.0 are installed on the server (we have custom apps that use .net framework)
Citrix MeteFrame Presentation Server 4.0 is installed; I have also installed the Citrix Web Interface 4.0 onto the server.
When I open the Access Suite Console for Presentation Server and click on the Web Interface, I have an alert that says "The configuration file(s) for this site could not be read"
Because of this, I am unable to see the 'create site' option in that plug-in
I have tried the workaround mentioned in Citrix Knowledge base article CTX108104 and this did not help.
Uninstalling the .net framework 2.0 is not really a solution because of our custom apps and upgrading to 4.5 isn't a solution at this time either.
Any help with any type of work around would be greatly appreciatedStart Free Trial
