External Apps page blank

We have a user trying access our external Citrix application page to login using their keyfob. I was getting an Http: 500 Internal Server error.  I then installed IIS.  This took the away the error, but now when they go to that page, the address changes as if its going thru the motions, but the page remains blank, no errors.

Are you using the Citrix web interface?  If so, I suggest you rerun the setup since you reinstalled IIS.  

If not, what do you mean by External Apps page?

Internally, users got to apps.bankname.inc.  If users want to work from home, they go to https://apps.bankname.com.  I will try to re-install the Web interface to see if that will help.

Yeah, if you make any changes to IIS, you have to reinstall the web interface.
