Browse All TopicsWe have a user trying access our external Citrix application page to login using their keyfob. I was getting an Http: 500 Internal Server error. I then installed IIS. This took the away the error, but now when they go to that page, the address changes as if its going thru the motions, but the page remains blank, no errors.

Are you using the Citrix web interface? If so, I suggest you rerun the setup since you reinstalled IIS.
If not, what do you mean by External Apps page?
