We recently got a few Panasonic Toughbooks, and in attempting to connect to the MetaframeXP server we run into issues. I had originally installed 6.3 client, and when we attempted a connection we'd get the following error:
Network or dialup problems are preventing communication with the Citrix Server. After an attempt to automatically restore the connection will begin after a delay to let the network recover. If the problem persist, please contact your network administrator
We then upgraded the software to 10.2 (newest) and the connection negotiates, but then we get:
"Closing the Citrix ICA window will disconnect you from the Citrix presentation Server. Are you sure you want to disconnect?"
Then we can choose "OK" or "Cancel". We never get a citrix window to pop up, but it is as if we were connected and then tried to close the window. Regardless if we hit OK or Cancel, we then get this message:
"The remote session was disconnected because there are no Terminal License Servers available to provide a license. Please contact the server administrator"
We DO have the correct licensing for the server, and if we install on any other computer, we have no issues, only with this one laptop. I've check windows firewall and ahve disabled, and check all TCP/IP settings, we can ping the server.
