Installation and virtual scripts directory

I am trying to create a fully automated installation of Citrix Presentation server 4.0 including all the pre-requisites and supporting software - including IIS.
Citrix requires the existence of the scripts folder / virtual directory within IIS. It is well documented across the web that this is NOT installed by default on Windows 2003. That's fine - but how do I make it be installed during the IIS installation - then Citrix will use the directory during its installation.

If at all possible I do not want to have to manually create the virtual folder etc - sicne this is supposed to be unattended.Start Free Trial
