Hi to everyone!

We have the following situation.
Domain Controller: Windows 2003 (hosts also Terminal License Server)
Citrix Server - Windows 2003 (hosts also Citrix License Server)

Licensing:
10 Citrix Licenses
27 Terminal Licenses

When you boot the Citrix Server it will start all services without any errors. Also the Citrix License Manager Serves will start and load the license files.

From time to time (sometimes 2 hours, somtimes 7 Days) the Citrix Servers starts writeing the following messages to the eventlog:

Systemlog (Time 20.34:11):

MetaFrame Presentation Server cannot contact the license server

When this messages shows up (also in a message box) the server will not accept any Terminal or Citrix connextions, BUT the fileaccess for User who where connected before this message appeared will be still working. No new connections are accepted. Also existing Terminal or Citrix connections will be closed.

Sometimes you will also find the following messages in the system eventlog:

*) The redirector failed to determine the connection type. (Warning Eventid: 3019)

*) MetaFrame Presentation Server has entered the grace period. You have 720 hour(s) remaining before this server stops accepting connections from client devices.

*) MetaFrame Presentation Server has entered the grace period. You have 719 hour(s) remaining before this server stops accepting connections from client devices.

*) MetaFrame Presentation Server has entered the grace period. You have 718 hour(s) remaining before this server stops accepting connections from client devices.

One hour after the last message the Citrix Server closed the connections.

What we did was the following:

*) Update Windows
*) Updates Citrix Server (also a patch which will prevent the Server stop to accept while he is in the grace period time)
*) changed Network card
*) reentered the Windows Terminal Licenses.

I dont know if the networt stops working and than the Citrix Server can't conntact the License Server or the outher way round.

can anyone help me in this case?
