Users log into Citrix Web but do not have client.  Link takes them to citrix site, can we point to an install file instead?

Hello,

We are newly implementing Citrix here.  Our users are connecting via the web interface.

Once they get connected, they are getting the message that they do not have the citrix client and to click on a link to install it.  That link takes them to the Citrix Downloads page and of course no end user is going to know what to do.

Is there anyway to set it up to automatically install the client if they do not have it, or point the user to a locall install package?Start Free Trial
