Hi everyone, I think my question may be in two parts. I'm fairly new to presentation server and I manage our two citrix servers now. I noticed in the event logs that certain errors appear when a user is at their home and prints, the event logs state that the driver is missing. Here is a cut and past (below), I imagine I have to add these drivers manually to the Citrix servers? If I do what is the best way to go about this, espcially since there are so many features of the printer that need to be available to the users? I did read the documentation but still not all that confident. I have a new color laser printer to install here in the office too and need to make sure that the users on Citrix can use all the functions of it, would I install the printer software on each machine as well or just on the Citrix presentation server? (I think thats the second part I think of my question)...
