Citrix, Program Neighborhood Agent, 10.xx prompting for multiple logins

We are connecting to a remote Citrix server in a different domain using PNA 10.2. Upon launch of the PNA, the user is prompted up to 3 times for their credentials (even after entering them the 1st time) and again when starting the published application. Since this server is in a different domain, we are not allowing Pass-Thru authentication. Also there is no trust between the domains.

My question is how do I keep the user from being prompted so many times for their credentials?
