Deactivate TS licensing and activate on another 2003 server, need to repoint Citrix

Currently there are three Citrix 4.0 boxes, one is also Terminal service license server (all are Server 2003) the Citrix box that is currently the Terminal Services licens server is being deactivated. I have created, activated and licensed (added cals) to a new TS License server outside the farm. How can I repoint the farm to the new TS license server so I can drop the old box? Also does this involve a restart so I know when to scedule this?Start Free Trial
