Hi
We have three servers a Windows SBS 2003 and two Citrix servers. When the SBS server rebooted recently there was a problem with the AD starting which meant that no-one could log in for a number of hours. If the Citrix servers are promoted to domain controllers (using DC Promo) and setup as catalogue servers this would avoid the problem happening.
Is this this recomended or not recomeneded and for what reasons?
Is there any other way we can protect the system if there is a problem starting the AD on the SBS server?
Thanks for your help.
