User unable to print to local printer from home using published RDP app in Citrix 4.5

Hi all,

I have a citrix 4.5 Farm. I have two users that use a Published app (RDP) in order for them to connect to their desktop at work. I've check marked the Printer box in the Local Resources tab but their local printer at home will not show up when they connect using RDP. I'm not sure what else I need to do. Also, these users connect to 'citrix.domain.com via a CAG standard 4.5.6 which is in domain.local however, they connect to another domain (where their desktop is located) named 2nddomain.local via IP address. There is no DNS, or trust setup between the domain where the Citrix Farm is located and where the users' desktops are located. So basically I need help with users being able to map their local printer at home to their desktop at work using RDP. Start Free Trial
