Hello,
This question has been posted but the solution did not apply to my situation:
I'm running Windows 2003 Server on a domain; workstation or location (internal LAN or external VPN) make s no difference.
When the user clicks to open up MAS90, they get an error:
The System cannot find the path specified
The working directory is invalid
I would have guessed a drive mapping timing issue, but since it DOES work for serveral users that is not the case.
Now hang on, cus it get strange from here. If I open up MAS under MY administrator account, it works fine. If i take a user, and give them same rights as myself (system/domain admin), it still refuses to open and gives me the same error.
The program runs fine from a published desktop. If a user logs into the desktop of the terminal server, it will run fine. Even when this user account is not an admin account.
Ive put all the proper network drive mappings in place, and also the proper netuse mapping command into the logon script. Im thinking maybe the Administrator profile has a particular file the MAS90 needs to open. I may have to copy this file to various other profiles... But im still pretty lost. Has anyone got this running properly?
Thank you for your effort!
