Citrix Web Interface Attempts to connect to Private IP instead of Public

We have CItrix Presentation Server 4.0.  When accessing the web interface from the outside world, we can successfully login, but our published applications don't open.

After downloading the applications .ica file, it shows our private IP and not the public IP.

The topology of our Ctirix setup is as follows:
- Server with private IP
- Firewall NATing public IP to private IP

Everything is working great on our LAN because the host can find the 192.x.x.x address.

Connecting from the outside internet, how can we alter our Citrix configuration so that we connect to our public IP for our published applications?
