Users are getting errors Metaframe Presentation server connection interrupted.   Attempting to reconnect

We have 3 servers in our farm. All running on 2003 SP1. This issue doesnt seem to be happening to all users. What happens is when a user is inactive for a while (it can be as little as 10min) they will get the error I have posted as a screen shot. Some times it will happen after a users PC is locked after 30 mins and they log back in.

When the user did the screen shot for me he didnt show more information so this is what that said:

Netwrok or dial-up problems are preventing communication with the Citrix or Metaframe sever.

If the problem persists, please contact your network administrator.
