Minimizing programs when opening with citrix

Hello,

I'm using CITRIX for most of my programs (Word,Excelt,Outlook,Access,and some other) now what happens is when opening the programs using citrix they sometimes minimize.
Example opening outlook starts up maximized about to show the mails and suddenly it got minimized.

I was wondering if there might be an option so that i can prevent this behaviour from happening.
The issue isn't that urgent it only is irritating both for me and my users.

PS: It happens on both Windows XP & Windows 2000, Our citrix servers are all Win 2003Start Free Trial
