outlook asking for username and password in citrix

Hi there,
I have 2 citrix servers and i am using published desktop with pnagent for apps
my problem is that when i create a user and log in for the first time i normally am asked to enter exchange server name and password etc.
The problem is that outlook is asking for username and password and whatever i try does not work.
The only way i can fix this is edit the registry on the citrix server they logged into and go to HKEYUSERS\ID\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWSNT\CURRENTVERSION\WINDOWSMESS
and delete the profile
then log in again and it lets me put in the correct info ie exchange name etc
