I'm running Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 on Server 2003 64x and suddenly I received the following error after rebooting: "printer management service encountered a problem and needed to close" The Citrix print service and print spooler service are running fine and restart ok.
The problem is the clients sessions are now see either no printers list or all printers loaded on the server. In either case the clients cannot print.
