AAC 4.5/WI 4.6/SQL 2005 W2K3 Server - VS JIT Debugger popping up

Hi all,

I have a AAC server managing 2 x CAGs and the environment is working fine. However I am reguarly seeing the visual studio just-in-time debugger popping up reporting "an unhandled win32 exception occurred in dllhost.exe [7776]". I have searched everywhere but have not found any similar posts to this one.
Can anyone help - I have checked the event logs but cannot see what is causing the debugger to report these issues, or whta is causing dllhost to have issues.
