We are in the process of setting up citrix. We are using MS Navision 3.7 through it. The citrix servers are located in the UK and we are testing with Hong Kong. When using navision users send orders through email which uses a MAPI connection to put it into the body of the email. This works through citrix for uk users because they have setup a profile in outlook and the UK Exchange server is in the same domain, as the presentation server and works really well.
The problem is Hong Kong have their own Exchange server which will stay out there. So when they try to send it through citrix it doesnt work they get the new connection wizard up.
So what i am asking is it possible to get the ICA client to interact with their local client outlook? or is there away to redirect it or is there a way to logon to the server for citrix in the uk and configure the outlook for their user profile on the server to connect to their exchange server.
These location are not on a WAN or connected in anyway other than Citrix through a CAG.
Any Ideas would help us.
