clients unable to access published applications

Tags: Citrix 4.5, access suite console, presentation server console, 4.5, citrix presentation server license acquisition error (501): unable to acquire license..

The client is the member of remote desktop users group. The remote desktop is enabled. I tried the solution posted by blipman and made changes to the ICA connection i.e. unchecked "non admin only launch published applications"... but it did not work for me.
I have also disabled the workspace control in access suite console but that also did not resolve the error. Start Free Trial
