ctx-cpsvuser password changes when the system restarts

Hi Techs,

I have a Citrix Presentation Server 4.0. When ever I shut down the server and starts again, the Citrix Print Manager Service won't Start. I need to change the password of ctx_cpsvcuser and then I need to start this service manually. Why the password of this user changes when I shutdown-start the server.  Same time, if I restart the server, password won't change. Only if I shut down the server it will change.
