No envelope notification in system tray

Asked by lynettec in Citrix, Exchange Email Server, Outlook Groupware Software

We run Citrix Presentation Server V4 on Win 2003.  We have a full desktop published to all users this includes the Office 2007 suite of apps.  My issue is that despite turning on the option within Outlook advanced email options to display an envelope in the system tray it does not do this for new mail.  I also have the display a desktop alert checked and this works fine.

I would like it to do both, display the alert and also have the envelope in the tray for new mail. Exchange server is 6.5.7638.1.  Office is fully patched and is on SP1.  Thank youStart Free Trial
