An office of 8 users is connecting to my Citrix server. All 8 users have the same network printer installed on their machine, and Citrix auto-creates it for every user with the universal driver. It is working for all but 1 user. The printer is auto-creating in that user's session, but when they go to print the printer doesn't appear in the list (6 others appear and work correctly). The printer does show up in the list for the other 7 users.
All the users are in the same security groups. In fact, their AD accounts were all copied from the same template.
The server has the latest hotfix rollup and all other hotfixes released since the rollup.
