cannot start a published application on CITRIX secure gateway

I installed citrix secure gateway, and published one test application. I am able to login to website, but once clicking on the application icon, i get the java error message: Unable to access ICA file, HTTP 500: an error occured while connecting to the requested resource
The samething happens when trying to load using the activex client.
