I'm running into a situation where I need various Citrix hotfixes to address several on-going problems (mostly printing issues).
Ideally, I'd like to install hotfixes for known issues rather than doing global installations of Hotfix Rollup packs, since the current unpatched PS4.0 setup is stable in all other respects, and we found serious problems after installing R05 on a test platform. Alternately, I want to try installing R02, then R03, etc. until we reach a patch level we can live with.
Unfortunately, none of the individual hotfixes I want or older rollups are downloadable from Citrix any more! I've searched the FTP site and the only files available are PDB symbol files for the old rollups, not the installation packages.
I'd rather not expend budget dollars on a support call to get files that should be freely available. Any suggestions? [Please note that I already have the R02.0.1 rollup available elsewhere in these forums, but I understand that this one may also create more problems than it solves.]
