Make sure the user has the latest Citrix client installed too. Making sure everything updated to the proper level has fixed a lot of dual-screen issues for me in the past - I would start there.

Browse All TopicsWe're using Presentation server 4.5 with just a remote desktop application which the management use for remote access. The boss has recently setup 2x 30" LCD's at home with a res of 2560 x 1600. Our Citrix farm is set to pass out a max of 1600 x 1200 so appears small on the 30" LCD's. If it's set to full screen (ICA the same too), the session jumps halfway up the screen and you can't pull it down so you only see the bottom half of the session (although the start button and task bar disappear). I've tried various combinations of settings on the application and the ICA client, but have had no joy...
Has anyone got any suggestions as I'm out of ideas and as I work in IT, it's my fault as per usual....

Hi the1paulcole. Which hotfix rollup pack (R01, R02, or R03) do you have on your Citrix servers? R02 introduced some new features, while R03 added more features as well... I don't remember if it is also a 2003 or Citrix limitation (I believe it's a 2003 issue though), but there was a maximum video memory amount that could be set at the farm level that is upped with 2008 and/or XenApp 5.
