Error: 6 Overflow in Dual Screen Citrix

We have an application, that when launched in a Fullscreen-Dual Monitor Citrix session, displays a "Error: 6 Overflow" error.  If the app is launched in a Single-screen Fullscreen Citrix session, it launches fine.  Has anyone seen this, or know where a good place to start would be?   Currently we are using ICA Client 11, but I have tried version 8, and still am seeing the same issue.
