Do I need to do anything on my citrix servers before I check SSL/TLS again? Do I need to add certificates or anything like that or is it ok for me to check SSL/TLS?

One domain controller/file server, two terminal servers/citrix servers, one exchange server. All the servers are running windows server 2003 32bit, all the workstations are running windows xp pro. Citirx is setup with a farm and applcations are published to users desktops. It's setup so at anytime the users will connect to one of the terminal servers and they have a roaming terminal services profile for load balancing. The option for concurrent connections is turned on so they can only connect with one session to save on citrix licenses.
Question-
I have client for java enabled on the citrix web interface and I put a tick next to SSL\TLS under client for java properties. Everything worked fine for a week until I rebooted all my servers after applying Microsoft updates. Then I started having problems with the citrix IMA service. All users were connecting to only one terminal server and the web interface was down. Do you think this could have been caused by putting a tick next to SSL\TLS under the client for java properties. I unchecked SSL\TLS and then fixed the problem with the citrix IMA service but I don't know if I check SSL\TLS again if I will have problems with the citrix IMA service again. I need to connect to the citrix web interface on a macbook using safari. Is there anything I need to do on my citrix servers before I check SSL\TLS again? I was told this needed to be checked in order to use citrix web interface on a macbook with safari.

There is no way possible for enabling/disabling SSL/TLS support on the client side can interfere with the IMA Service on the server. Its just physically impossible.
The problem was caused by the updates, which unfortunately is quite normal for Citrix servers.... updates = problems in most cases,
