Browse All TopicsWe have a Citrix Metaframe Presentation Server 3.0 running on Windows Server 2000. One of the users just bought a Vista 64bit Home Premium laptop and an HP Office 6310 printer. We have tried to install every driver possible on the Citrix Server relating for the 6300. The printer connects to the Citrix Server but prints just garbled text like it has the wrong driver. We cannot install the 64 bit driver on the server, it won't take it. Also, I do not believe we can run the 32 bit driver locally. Has anyone seen this before or know of a way around it?
Thank you

Probably not the answer you want to hear but the best solution is probably a different printer.

Check here as you may be able to try the 5900 driver, but I have no idea if it will work with the 64 bit driver. http://h20195.www2.hp.com/
but from experience I always avoid All in Ones and tell my users I won't support them if they get one. Too much of a hassle.
