Backup uof XEN server environment

Hello,

We have a XENSERVER 5 installation with three windows guests running on a HP ML350 server. We need to create a good backupsolution that can run incremental backups daily of the stored data on these servers, and perhaps also of the image files.

Preferrably also to a medum we can move offsite.

What is the best way? Use a tape drive attached to the server and mount the tape drive in one of the guests, and then run backup exec on the guests? Any ideas are appreciated.
