Users log into newly created 4.0 farm and launch a published application and are randomly disconnected. Disconnects occur anywhere from 15 minutes into the session to several hours. Their sessions stay connected and they're able to reconnect and continue working. We've ruled out network issues via monitoring various users connections and see nothing that leads us to believe this is a network issue. User's connect through a web interface / secure gateway server in our DMZ.
ICA Keep-Alive is set to 60 seconds. Session reliability is set to 180 seconds.
What else can we do to troubleshoot this problem?
