We have a Citrix farm running Citrix Secure Gateway. Recently a new user were added, using OS X 10.5.8 and the Citrix on-line plugin for Mac 11.0.
The user access the server through a https:// login site, and Citrix would normaly start. Instead, the user get a "SSL Error 61: You have not choosen to trust GoDaddy Secure Certification Authority, the issuer of the server´s security certificate. Error 183." and then the citrixclient shuts down.
Citrix is supposed to recieve the certificates from the keychain, and we have tried to manually add the certificates here and manually set them to always be accepted with no success.
In advance thanks for all help!

Are you adding the certificates as X509 anchors?
osoft.com/ kb/887413
See this MS article re adding certificates for Entourage. I would assume the same applies to Citrix. Certificate must be in the .cer format and be entered as an X509 anchor:
