How can the user name and password information be saved in the users profile? Right now, it will only save while I'm in the session. If I log off then log back on, it's gone.

Are you using the RCPS drivers or the PCL drivers on the client side, and on the citrix server is it pulling the client driver or using the citrix UPD?
I have gotten this to work on many Ricoh printers with the RPCS drivers, you then set the properties on the client side to always lock print and then it will transfer to the citrix server. You have to have the RPCS drivers installed on your citrix server though, as I don't think I got it to work with the UPD.
